At Pet Couture, we want you to love every purchase for your pet. Items can be returned within 45 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. 

If you experience product issues, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@petcouture.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo.

Items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return. Returns are also not accepted for items shipped internationally.

To start a return, visit our returns portal or visit one of Minky Couture's six store locations with proof of purchase. For holiday orders, returns are extended until January 31, 2025.
